Welcome to the Andrology Institute of America, The world leading fertility center for andrological procedures, though we do everything under the sun to address all of our patient's needs and cure their difficulties for the male and female. We offer a number of procedures, and among those is the plan for family balancing. The process has been very successful and has been utilized by us for the last 25 years. The sperm sorting process is a modified sedimentation method, which can increase the chances of having a male or female child. This is done by separating sperm with the X chromosome (female) or Y chromosome (male), and inseminating with whichever sample is desired.
